Importing birthdays from a video

Record your screen while scrolling through a birthday list in another app (such as Snapchat or Facebook), then import that recording from Wish Me. The app reads the on-screen text to find names and dates automatically. If an entry comes through wrong, you can edit or delete it by hand afterward.

Notifications not showing up?

Reminders are scheduled using your device's local notification system. If they're not appearing, check that notifications are allowed for Wish Me in your device Settings, and that battery optimization isn't preventing the app from scheduling reminders in the background.

Managing your subscription

Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You can view, change, or cancel your subscription any time from your Apple ID or Google Play account settings, or from "Manage subscription" inside the app.

Deleting your data

All your data is stored locally on your device. Use "Delete all data" in Settings to erase everything at once, or uninstall the app to remove it entirely.
